- Hold a first degree in an engineering-related field.
- Graduate with at least a 2.2 classification, equivalent to Second Class Lower.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps programme.
- Be no more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Reside in Onitsha or be willing to relocate to Onitsha, Anambra State.
