Job Requirements for the Graphic Designer
1. Graphic Design Skills
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
● Proficiency in relevant software for graphic design, motion graphics, and video
production.
● Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory,
and composition.
● Experience with both print and digital design.
2. Creativity
● Show a clear understanding of the brand’s identity and the ability to create designs
and videos that align with the brand’s vision and values.
● A highly creative and imaginative mindset, capable of generating unique and visually
appealing design concepts.
● Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
3. Motion Graphics and Video Production
● Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe After
Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
● Experience in creating animated graphics, promotional videos, and multimedia
content.
4. Fashion Knowledge
● A good understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and terminology.
● Ability to create designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
5. Communication Skills
● Practical communication skills to collaborate with team members.
● The ability to translate requirements into visually appealing designs and videos.
