Business Manager
Job Summary
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join Baselenders. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing effective business strategies, and driving overall company performance. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in personnel management, strategic planning, and adeptness in change management processes.
Responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter those markets
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.Conduct regular performance assessments and goal-setting sessions.
Establish and enforce quality standards for accurate loan processing.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Person Specification:
