Job title – Solar Project Engineer

About the Role
The Solar Project Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and supervising solar energy systems by project specifications, within budget, and on schedule. The role involves using extensive solar industry knowledge to supervise the construction and installation systems, performing electrical and PV design, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.

Core Competencies
· Proficiency in solar system deployment
· Good knowledge of power and electronics systems and understanding of solar energy projects and their implementations
· Familiar with various OEMs and their installation methodologies.
· Excellent organization and communication skills
· Ability to identify and solve problems
· Good understanding and utilization of Microsoft suites
· Have an excellent analytical orientation
· Ability to perform quickly and precisely under time constraints

Qualifications
3-5 years experience in PV Solar electrical installations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Travel Requirements: 60%
