Position: Project Manager
Job Type: Full time (Hybrid/Remote)
Location: Yaba

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Lead project meetings, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Set and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
Conduct quality checks and ensure that project outcomes meet established criteria.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and plans as needed.
Evaluate and report on project outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
PMP certification is an additional advantage.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
