What we are looking for

The Product Manager will work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to understand and define company objectives and drive user growth, revenue and retention across all platforms. The Product Manager will lead these efforts with data driven decision-making, analytical tools, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and user experience design.

The Product Manager will help map user journeys, define data funnels and map data to help drive product and marketing decisions and increase operational efficiency through a focus on measuring and improving key metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

· Good experience leading Product and Engineering teams, utilizing various tools to achieve product objectives. Will be Scrum master, leading sprints, building teams, shipping iterations and enhancements on time and with high quality.

· Will define clear objectives to the engineering teams including wire framing and User Experience design.

· Experience building Fintech (Payments) and/or financial services products including banking and payments integrations.

· Software Engineering background preferable. Good Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP and MySQL database.

· Great communicator who will bridge the gap between engineering and business objectives and foster cross team collaboration and alignment on key targets and outcomes.
