Job Title: Product Manager (Startup) – Fully Remote

Experience: Mid-Level (3-5 years)

Salary Range: N350,000 – N500,000 per month

Primary Responsibilities:
– Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts.
– Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products that fit customer needs.
– Analyze market trends and competitor products.
– Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
– Speak directly with customers to gather insights and feedback.
– Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.
– Prioritize product features and tasks using data-driven analysis.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies.
– Monitor and report on product performance metrics.
– Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market changes.

Skills and Abilities:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficient in customer interaction and feedback collection.
– Ability to conduct and interpret market and user research.
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in product management.
– Familiarity with user experience design and user research methodologies.
– Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
