Role overview:

As a Pre Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in our technology solutions company. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services to them. Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
– Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
– Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
– Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.

Requirements:

– Minimum of a BSc in sales or a related field.
– Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in software , telecommunications, network provider or other service-based industries.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– ⁠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
