Law Firm in Abuja Seeks a Legal Officer(Male)

Salary: ₦160,000, plus transportation allowance

Responsibilities:
– Handle pre and post incorporation filings, including business names, annual returns, and company changes.
– Process data, send emails, and ensure compliance with legal documents.
– Draft letters and legal documents.
– Conduct legal research and investigate potential document processing issues.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years post-call experience.
2.Experience working in a corporate law firm .
3. Excellent research skills.
4. Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
5.Transaction drafting and review experience required
6. Immediate availability.
