Job Position:Customer Care at our garment Factory

Job Location: Ilupeju

Employment Type: Full- Time

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Follow up with workers to ensure the client orders are ready.

● Upsell products to customers when appropriate

● Collarborate with other department to resolve customer issues and concerns.

● Meet or exceed performance targets such as resolution time.

Skills- Qualification
● OND/HND/BSC in social science or its related field
● Proven experience with at least2-4 years of Customer/Sales Representative
● Meticulous attention to detail
● Excellent record- keeping skill.
