Program Details

The KPABEP Scholarship Program is designed to empower and support the next generation of female engineers in Nigeria.

This initiative will select 20 outstanding female engineering students across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones and equip them with the skills and exposure needed to become leaders in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) sector.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be female
  • Be a Nigerian citizen
  • Be under 40 years of age at the time of application
  • Be enrolled full-time in an accredited Nigerian university or post-secondary institution (engineering or related field)
  • Be within the final two years of study
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and active participation in extracurricular activities
  • Be committed to attending trainings, workshops, and scholarship events
  • Be willing to complete a relevant internship during the program
  • Be able to submit quarterly progress and internship reports
