Management Trainee – Trailblazers 5.0
The Management Trainee role is the programme’s graduate entry position. Trainees rotate across Commercial and Supply functions to gain exposure to end-to-end business processes and develop a broader understanding of how Reckitt delivers its products and serves consumers.
The role includes practical work on live business projects and real-life business scenarios from the beginning of the programme. Trainees also receive mentoring from Reckitt business leaders and build capabilities relevant to future leadership responsibilities.

Eligibility And Requirements
The programme is open to graduates from any degree discipline. Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be a recent graduate who completed a degree between 2022 and 2025.
- Have graduated with at least an Upper Second Class Honours classification.
- Have completed NYSC by December 2026.
- Demonstrate curiosity, drive and ambition.
The programme is intended for graduates at the beginning of their professional careers, with an emphasis on learning across business functions and developing the potential for future leadership.
