Available Positions:

  • HR Trainee

  • HR Officer

  • HR Business Partner

Qualifications:

  • BSc/HND in business-related disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, etc.).

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Residence around Ogba, Ikeja, and nearby locations is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

1. HR Trainee

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

  • Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening CVs).

  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.

  • Assist in training and development programs.

  • Learn and support payroll administration and HR compliance tasks.

2. HR Officer

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.

  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

  • Administer payroll, leave management, and performance evaluations.

  • Provide HR reports and analytics to management.

3. HR Business Partner (HRBP)

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.

  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.

  • Advise management on HR best practices and employee relations.

  • Drive performance management and organizational culture transformation.

  • Oversee HR projects, policy development, and change management strategies.
