The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured one-year learning and development initiative designed for fresh graduates passionate about building careers in the engineering and built environment disciplines.

📚 Eligible Disciplines
Applications are invited from graduates in the following areas:

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions.

Assist senior engineers, architects, or surveyors with real project execution.

Conduct research, data collection, and technical analysis as assigned.

Support project planning, design, implementation, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Demonstrate adaptability, willingness to learn, and commitment to growth.
✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any of the listed disciplines.

Not more than one (1) year post-NYSC completion.

Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) is an added advantage.
