The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year career development initiative designed to nurture exceptional young talent into future leaders within the Oilserv Group.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG, or Social Sciences.

Must have completed NYSC.

0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Not older than 28 years at the time of application.

ESG knowledge will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
