iKapture Centre for Development, a youth-focused social enterprise based in Calabar, Nigeria, is hiring for two key roles as part of our ongoing efforts to empower underserved young people with digital skills, leadership training, and access to global opportunities.

We’re looking for purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about youth development, reliable in their delivery, and eager to contribute meaningfully to our programs and partnerships.

1. Programs & Partnerships Lead (Full-Time, Calabar-based)

  • Location: Calabar, Nigeria
  • Type: Full-time or 30 hrs/week (flexible schedule)

The Programs & Partnerships Lead will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of our core programs — including Technovation GirlsDigital Skill-Up Bootcamp, and Digital & Leadership Academy (DLA) — while managing key relationships with schools, partners, and funders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program design, planning, and monitoring
  • Supervise program staff and volunteers
  • Build and Manage relationships with schools, mentors, and stakeholders
  • Represent iKapture in events, meetings, and donor engagements
  • Support grant writing, reporting, and impact storytelling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or youth development.
  • Strong leadership, writing, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, Excel, etc.).
  • Must be based in Calabar or nearby.

2. Admin & Office Assistant (Part-Time)

The Admin & Office Assistant will support day-to-day operations, including documentation, logistics, and coordination during program activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, printing, filing, and meeting logistics
  • Support program logistics (transport reimbursements, materials, certificates)
  • Maintain basic records and data entry
  • Assist the Programs team with scheduling and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:

  • Organized and reliable with basic computer skills
  • Experience with Google Docs, WhatsApp, email
  • Located in Calabar
  • Admin or volunteer experience is a plus
