Innovation Blockchain Associate at RSM

RSM is hiring an Innovation Blockchain Associate to support and lead blockchain and digital asset initiatives across the firm.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and deploy blockchain and smart contract solutions (Ethereum, Hyperledger)
• Support innovation leaders and drive blockchain engagements end-to-end
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and identify new use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in emerging technologies
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments

Salary: $95,400 – $163,900/year
