Applications are now open for the Cowrywise International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026 Internship Program, a one-month paid internship designed to give emerging female professionals hands-on experience inside one of Africa’s fast-growing fintech companies.

This internship provides real work experience, mentorship, and exposure to how modern financial technology companies operate.
Available Internship Teams
Applicants can choose to intern in one of the following departments:
- Customer Experience (CX)
Work closely with the support and engagement teams responsible for ensuring users enjoy a seamless experience on the Cowrywise platform. - Legal & Compliance
Support regulatory compliance, legal documentation processes, and internal governance within a fintech environment. - Product Management
Assist product teams in building and improving digital financial products used by thousands of customers. - Portfolio Management
Work alongside investment professionals who manage portfolios and financial assets.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the internship, applicants must:
- Be female
- Be available for the full internship period (April 1 – April 30, 2026)
- Have a strong interest in fintech, finance, product development, legal compliance, or customer experience
- Be eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced professional environment
- No prior work experience is required.
