Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science discipline (e.g., Insurance, Actuarial Science, Economics) with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- Professional certifications in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science will be an added advantage
Person Specification
- Must be 28 years old or younger
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Other Requirements
- Must be resident in Lagos
- Should have less than 2 years of work experience
