🎓 About the Graduate Trainee Programme
A structured 12–18 months learning and development journey.
Hands-on exposure to various departments including Flight Operations, Customer Experience, Safety & Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Corporate Services, Finance, and Commercial.
Rotational assignments to build a broad understanding of the airline industry.

✅ Requirements
Candidates should not be older than 30 years at the date of application.
Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) Degree or HND Lower Credit from an accredited institution.
A proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Completed NYSC with a Discharge Certificate / Exemption Letter / Exclusion Letter.
