Betaglass 2026 Technical Trainee Programme (BTTP)

Betaglass is now accepting applications for its 2026 Technical Trainee Programme (BTTP), offering young Nigerian graduates a structured pathway into the manufacturing industry.

This 12-month intensive programme combines practical training with real-world experience in a world-class glass manufacturing environment. Selected trainees will gain hands-on exposure at Betaglass factories in Agbara, Ogun State, and Ughelli, Delta State.

The programme is designed to equip participants with technical skills, industry insights, and practical experience that support long-term career growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Hold a B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Printing Technology, or Glass Technology
• Possess a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or Lower Credit
• Have completed NYSC
• Have 0–2 years of work experience
