Key Responsibilities
- Department Rotation: Participate in rotations across different departments, including [e.g.Marketing, Operations, Communications, Customer Relations etc.], to gain a well-rounded understanding of the business.
- Project Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned by the department supervisors and team leaders.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Skill Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop both technical and soft skills.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with team members and stakeholders across departments to complete tasks effectively.
- Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback on performance, take corrective actions, and show improvement over time.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field, Business Management, or any other related fields.
- Experience: Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience). Internship experience is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare and health-tech space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
