About the Programme
The BIC Africa Online Training Programme is designed to support women-led businesses that want to grow and become investment-ready.
Selected participants will take part in intensive online training and group coaching sessions delivered by experienced entrepreneurship experts from Africa and Europe.
The program will run for two weeks, featuring multiple training sessions focused on core business and startup growth strategies.
Programme Structure
Participants will receive:
- 4 online training modules on business fundamentals
- 2 group coaching sessions led by entrepreneurship experts
- Interactive sessions lasting about 2 hours each
- Training topics such as:
- Business model development
- Go-to-market strategy
- financial management
- access to finance and investment readiness
- leadership and storytelling for pitching

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a woman founder, co-founder, or CEO of a startup or company in Tanzania
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a registered business already generating revenue
- Demonstrate good English communication skills
- Show potential for business growth and scalability
