Product Designer at RIDR

RIDR; the digital infrastructure for mountain biking is hiring a Product Designer to build and own our complete design ecosystem across web and mobile.

The Role

Lead the creation of our visual language and design systems from the ground up. You’ll architect our Figma environment, define brand identity, and craft motion-rich, high-quality interfaces for React Native and marketing experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Develop brand identity, typography, and visual standards
• Design UI, micro-interactions, and motion-driven experiences
• Create graphic assets (logos, icons, marketing materials)
• Set and uphold visual quality standards across products

What You Bring

• Strong Figma expertise with a standout product design portfolio
• Deep understanding of visual identity and brand systems
• Sharp eye for detail and aesthetic craft
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar tools

Nice to Have: Motion design (After Effects, Rive, Lottie), React Native styling knowledge, accessibility (WCAG) awareness.
