ARNERGY is a distributed utility technology company that leverage Internet of Things (IoT) to deploy affordable, reliable distributed solar energy solutions to rural and urban consumers and SMEs across Nigeria on a monthly subscription model.

We custom design solar energy systems for commercial and residential clients using tried and tested, intelligent solar energy system ensuring Africans have 24/7 power in their homes while reducing operating expenses of African businesses saving them huge costs otherwise spent on diesel/petrol generator maintenance and increased revenue otherwise lost to cut in production.

• The Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) is Arnergy’s strategic initiative designed to identify, develop, and accelerate top talents, equipping them to become world-class, high-performing professionals across diverse functions.
• Building a strong pipeline of outstanding professionals is critical to supporting Arnergy’s ambitious growth.
• The 2026 LEAP will operate under a single unified pathway – Sales & Solution Sales, designed to develop commercially astute, solution-oriented professionals capable of driving revenue growth while delivering customer-centric energy solutions.
• The program will combine intensive classroom learning with hands-on rotations across key business functions.
• This structure is designed to give participants broad exposure, practical experience, and a strong foundation for leadership growth.

Qualification Criteria for the 2026 Arnergy Solar Leap Graduate Trainee Program

• Education: Degree in any discipline
• Experience: 0-3 years post NYSC
• Minimum Grade: First Class/Second Class upper Division
• Age Range: 20-27 years.
• Desirable: Multilingual proficiency.
