WeCare Leadership & Impact Mentorship Program (WLIMP)
Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate passionate about leadership, public service, innovation, entrepreneurship, or community development? Do you want to learn directly from exceptional Nigerian and international leaders? Are you ready to grow your skills, expand your network, and gain access to new opportunities?
About WLIMP
WLIMP is an 8–10 week virtual leadership and professional development program designed to empower emerging young leaders with the knowledge, skills, and networks they need to thrive. The program connects participants with distinguished mentors, delivers weekly masterclasses, and provides career-building workshops and opportunity pipelines.
Who can apply?
- 300–400 level undergraduate OR recent graduate (0–3 years post-NYSC)
- Must be between 18–30 years old
- Must commit to attending at least 80% of sessions
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, community development, entrepreneurship, governance, or social impact
- Open to all Nigerian youth (gender, disability, and regional inclusion guaranteed)
