- Monthly Stipend:
- Master’s students: CNY 3,000
- PhD students: CNY 3,500

Application Eligibility:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of a country other than China.
- Academic Requirements:
- Master’s Program: A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- PhD Program: A master’s degree in a related field.
- Age Limit:
- Master’s applicants must be no older than 35.
- PhD applicants must be no older than 40.
- Health: Applicants must be in good health.
- Language Requirements:
- Chinese-taught Programs: HSK Level 5 (or above) required.
- English-taught Programs: IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEFL ≥ 80 (or equivalent proof of English proficiency from previous degree studies).
- Other Requirements: Applicants must submit a complete application and not have received other scholarships for the 2026/27 academic year.
