The African Management Services Company (AMSCO), originally established by the African Development Bank and UNDP, has supported thousands of businesses and professionals across the continent. Through the internship programme, participants receive structured training, on-the-job exposure and mentorship across areas such as business development, project management, finance, HR, and impact operations.
Unlike typical internships, AMSCO placements give participants the chance to work on projects supporting SMEs and impact-driven organisations.
