Female entrepreneurs in Nigeria face unique challenges in scaling their businesses, from limited access to finance to balancing family responsibilities. The Road to Growth Programme (Cohort 6), organised by the FATE School of Entrepreneurship in partnership with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and supported by the ExxonMobil Foundation, is designed to address these challenges and help women grow sustainable businesses.
This free 9-week blended training programme equips women in Ogun State with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed for business growth. To make participation easier, child care services will be provided throughout the program.
Programme Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be women entrepreneurs running a business in Ogun State
 - Manage SMEs at different growth stages, provided the founder is actively overseeing operations
