The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured one-year learning and development initiative designed for fresh graduates passionate about building careers in the engineering and built environment disciplines.

Applications are invited from graduates in the following areas:

  • Civil Engineering

  • Architecture

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Land Surveying

  • Quantity Surveying

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions.

  • Assist senior engineers, architects, or surveyors with real project execution.

  • Conduct research, data collection, and technical analysis as assigned.

  • Support project planning, design, implementation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Demonstrate adaptability, willingness to learn, and commitment to growth.

โœ… Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any of the listed disciplines.

  • Not more than one (1) year post-NYSC completion.

  • Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) is an added advantage.
