Eligibility Criteria for the 2026 Newcastle University MBA Scholarships
- hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) for admission in 2026 to the Full-time MBA programme
- have substantive managerial experience of 3 years or more
- hold the equivalent of a UK 2:1 honours degree
- applicants who do not meet this requirement but can demonstrate relevant work experience above the minimum plus significant career progression may also be considered
- completed the scholarship application form including submitting an essay of no more than 1,500 words in response to the question listed. Submissions need to be in English.
- have worked or currently work in a sector which is moving to more sustainable business models e.g. energy, packaging.
The MBA Scholarships offered by Newcastle University include;
- MBA Responsible Impact Scholarship: The Scholarship provides a full fee award of £33,250 payable towards the cost of tuition fees
- MBA Advancing Women in Leadership Scholarship: The Scholarship provides a full fee award of £33,250, payable towards the cost of tuition fees
- MBA Sustainable Leadership Scholarship: The Scholarship provides a full fee award of £33,250, payable towards the cost of tuition fees.
- MBA Developing Talent and Leadership Scholarship: The Scholarship provides a full fee award of £33,250, payable towards the cost of tuition fees.
Application Guidelines
- Apply and receive an offer for an MBA program at Newcastle
- You will then complete an online application form including an essay.
- Applications and essays will be reviewed by the School’s MBA Scholarship Committee.
- Links to the application form will be sent to all eligible offer holders via email.
